Re: Revolt In America

I think if the Obamacare mandate comes due, I will write a nice letter explaining that I do not owe it because I am an illegal resident of the United States.
Undocumented aliens are exempt.
And if the IRS disputes that I will sue because they don't determine the legality of residency.
I'm pretty sure established law precludes any agency but the DHS from holding administrative procedures regarding immigration status.
I have a due process right to have my residency considered only by the appropriate authority.
And barring such a consideration, the IRS has no basis to deny my asserted illegal residency.

And if I lose and am branded a natural born citizen, I will sue because the 14th Amendment guarantees equal protection regardless of national origin.

It may take the rest of my life, but, that's what the Democrats want from me anyhow.

Steve Jobs has ruined this joke.

Re: Revolt In America

hahahahaha!

Unfortunately, ignoring the 14th Amendment has been institutionalized for quite some time now. sad

Some argue that illegal residents should get all of the benefits of citizenship and legal residency without incurring the costs. And, somehow, they're not kidding.
