You're gonna have to follow me on this. Obama in truth has lost the election yet it is likely he gets 4 more years. This is how.

First to describe how he lost.

In 2008 Barack rode a wave into victory. He had high polling with independents and the Democrats had taken the House and Senate in large numbers in 2006. These candidates would help him upticket in the 2008 election. Obama rode a wave of dissatisfaction with Bush and this show... he made 4 normally Hard Republican States 'in contest'. All in all he had a bumper crop election.

Now is different. The polls are skewed based on the last election (so they are polling far more Democrats than they should). When Gallup kept to its model using more accurate information suddenly the Justice Department opened an investigation and the day after a certain Democrat mentioned they should change their polling samples. They complied soon after and the investigation went away.

Now that's important because Republicans now for the first time outnumber Democrats. Additionally Republicans are far more fired up than Democrats and therefore are more likely to vote. But wait... there is more. Most polls show Romney up compared to Obama. This is significant as well since Republicans tend to poll (over the last 30 years) lower than their actual voting levels.

Worse for Obama is the 2010 landslide for Republicans which is giving them a lot more downticket support for Romney. That and the fact that instead of polls showing Obama up in 4 Republican States polls show 4 Democrat States 'in contention'. Amazingly this goes further with the fact that even Democrat pollsters expect the popular vote is probably Romney's.

Tie this in with Black Preachers saying 'dont vote for Obama" and Jews who feel betrayed on Israel he has even got less numbers of 'likely voters' than suggested as his worst case. Top this with a freak hurricane which will distract people he needs to have vote and he may lose more States than anyone could expect.

Simply put Barack Hussien Obama has lost the election and the evidence supports it.

Now it is time to say how he gets his next 4 years.

Already 3 high ranking Democrats have been caught involved in vote fraud planning. At least three organizations have sent out voter registration cards 'enmasse' to cities including to pets. An aircraft filled with ballots for soldiers 'crashed' before reaching Afghanistan. The Justice Department has sued and/or blocked voter ID laws anywhere they have been set up recently.

Computers used at early voting locations have been 'voting Obama' for users. Websites (no I won't link, could help someone here commit fraud) showing how to hack the systems are popping up with links to them from major liberal websites. As well there is an increase dramatically of illegal alien registrations for ballots. Finally several major Democrats were caught scamming to use the ballots of people registered to vote but with a history of not voting.

It is not unlikely that many counties (yes I said many) will have twice as many ballots cast as there are registered voters as well as huge and quite obvious fraud happening. The results shall favor Obama strongly. Add Black Panther intimidations and the likes as well.

The lawsuits will start but then one problem. Voter fraud is a federal felony. No charges will be filed by Eric Holder. That or to prevent States from trying to press charges he will press then drop charges (like he did with the Black Panthers).

So the election will hinge on judges and judges alone. The lawsuits will seek to invalidate major numbers of ballots (Romney and Republican Party cannot ignore that much fraud). Problem is that Obama only need carry a few of the courts (aka biased judges) to win before States must certify results. He will delay proceedings on losing cases, expedite on winning ones, and get a legal (and immoral, unethical, wrongful) victory.

This is how Obama wins. This is how our nation loses. This is a potential source of civil war.
