Actually they stole their own thunder by having a 48 hour nap when we had a 24 hour nap.
maybe 41 stole 40's war so they could avoid fighting 46 until after the latter had spent some savings? it was just a weird move.:/
Or how about we raped 46 in the begining of the round NAPed them for planets so cant fight them right now and that 47 was in our core so we had to deal with them first.

That's really the downside of all these naps with core stipulations. Often times there are intrusions and when war is approaching, the other fam likes to go quiet about giving up the core intrusions.
Would it be possible to build cores into the game just like the naps are?

46 still have nap core planets still in our core. Dunno if its being sorted but with 4 weeks to go..... ICD needs to get his finger out 
dukey like talic said those planets are not portalled and are agreed to take.. so its up to icd. we like a fair fight its more fun to win this way. everyone can win by backstabing
As portgas said, the planets have no defense and will not be used in the war. I'm seeing to it that they are cleared of defense.
