i just explored a 126 space planets

after building 126 buildings i still managed to start a portal on it

building screen currently says this:

"We have built 127 buildings on this planet. The planet can easily support 126 buildings; additional buildings will be very costly. At the moment we can build -1 more buildings."

Yeah, I noticed that too. Portals can still be built when there isn't enough free space for one.

Afaik it was a change to actually fix an old bug where you couldn't build a portal if the planet was max built (portal counting as a building when it isnt one)
