Ah, but the Democrats have been suing to stop any tightening of poll ID laws as obvious discrimination, since there is no extensive vote fraud it's really just undercover racism

i think you just have to pass law school to be an attorney there.  i might be mistaken but i think that is at least what the law used to be.  not sure if it's the same now
