let's say you build 100 minings on your HP that will give you 105 iron a tick. I build those 100 on a 50% bonus planet, this will give me 150 iron a tick. That is 45 more a tick than you. That means in about 7-8 ticks after my MF come in I already earned back the difference and from there on out the difference will only get bigger.

And with the 240CF I build on my HP I will have a bigger pile of cash to spend tomorrow morning than you.

The same goes for endu, I build RS on a 50% endu bonus planet. Everyone should be out of endu by now no matter what they build. And yea your RS and MF come in faster but after 6 ticks my MF/RS come in they will have produced more than when you build them on your HP.

You can start building earlier but by the end of the day I'll have build more and my initial buildings keep producing more. In a few days it wont matter after all the nuking and attacking will start but for now going fb with CF is the best way
