actually its not a joke, if they can bring in any dumbass from Harvard to do work at the Supreme Court then fees for lawyers who get accredited to practice there will go down

heard an elizabeth warren ad on the radio today while driving home.  it did not claim that she did not lie about being of native american heritage but rather it said that scott brown couldn't prove that her labeling herself a minority had anything to do with her getting hired at harvard.  it said that some of her employers commented that her listing herself as a minority did not get her the job. 

then it went on to say that scott brown was bad simply because he was republican

it did not mention whether or not she disputed that she lied about her law license

therefore, she's innocent!

i mean which employer would lie about saying they hired a minority over a more qualified candidate just because he or she was a minority?
