The new elite. These people can violate you in more ways than you ever considered. No one can stop them, no one will stop them.

I am presenting facts to you. These should shock you. It shocked me when I first read it.

This new elite can do things to you, to your property, and you have no recourse.

Stalking
Every State has laws against stalking. Most call it a felony. After all nothing is more scary than someone threatening harm who follows you to home, to work, to family, to school, and/or other places is there?

For instance Pennsylvania has defined stalking as engaging in a course of conduct or repeatedly committing acts torwards another under circumstances that demonstrate intent to cause significant emotional distress to the person.

But Pennsylvania and other States carved out exemptions for this new elite.

Harassment
This new elite is allowed to harass people. Vandalism, shouting lies about you, obstructing your path, and more are all allowed for this new elite. Even slashing your tires is often ignored for the protection of this new elite.

Trespassing
The new elite have the abilities to enter your business against your will and not get charged for it. In fact California goes way out of the way to protect them. If he new elite claims the activity is on behalf of their group no police, security, or other authority may remove them from the property.

California even doubled down and said the homes of academics and scientists can be entered by the new elite and nothing can be done against them. Yes the proof exists in the laws of California.... I will provide source. It is an exemption to the "Researcher Protection Act"

Farm lands are not protected in California either... yes they can trample a corn field if they wish.

California of course still leads with yet more horrors. The new elite can force you to stay on your land, in your home, your business, and no one can do anything about it due to their exemption.

But wait there is more. Did you know the new elite can prevent commerce to your company, and obstruct customers from reaching you? Yes Califonia leads there to.

Did you know interfering with my truck is a felony? Or that interfering with the operation of a bus is one as well? Of course merely blocking us is a misdemeanor. Sadly there is exemptions for the new elite here as well.

Sabotage
Sabotage is the willful destruction of property where a person believes the intentional damage they do will hinder, delay or damage something. Wisconsin has a law that protects the military from this. Amazingly thre is an exception for the new elite.

Yes that is right... the new elitee have an exemption from being prosecuted for sabotaging the military! One should hope the Federal Government will not make a similar exemption!

The new elite however frequently does sabotage to their opponents and very rarely will one ever be prosecuted.

Threats of Bodily Harm
If I had a bat and I swing it torwards you and say "I am going to kill you"... you would expect me to go to jail. Not for the new elite in California. Just so long as I keep missing or the damage is to small... no charges at all.

Most of the time they get away with actual harm anyways. Of dozens of their people doing acts of harm only a small percentage ever see a court room.

Violence
Yes I covered some above... but West Virginia saw fit to legalize violence by the new elites. No I am not kidding. If the new elite wish to violate your civil rights (yes those civil rights) and they claim it was part of their group activities... well good luck in the ER, I hope they can save your ear.

Legal Favoritism
Pennsylvania has enacted (for a long time) a law preventing injunctions against the new elite when the new elite and an organization are at loggerheads (term for fighting, not neccessarily violent). Even if the new elite are conducting large scale illegal activities against the organization.

Indoctrinization
The new elite are now pushing into schools and requiring students to "understand" the new elite as part of 'social studies'. Nevada has instituted a program that starts in 2nd grade and by the 5th grade requires students to name a number of the various sub groups that make up the new elite. Nevada is in the bottom 10 for education according to the Department of education... I would think they should focus on the basics.

Conclusion
No I did not make any of this up. The new elite think they are better than us. They demand higher salaries for similar work, higher benefits, and for rights to trample of the rest of us.

The new elite are scum and all laws helping them should be erased permamently. The new elite should be disbanded.
