Noir is actually correct in this one. Yes, some fans will infrawhore the whole round, but the setup allows for ample space to have those pw players who know what they are doing to shine. Attackers should be excited for this. 10 days of whoring and then fights. Fans should continue to grow while fighting off others and warring their targets.
Is setup ideal? No. Not in the new sense of IC infrawhore. Will it show some good conflicts and alliance coordination? Definitely.

Exactly, core cleaning and spots only far from enemy cores, so no cancel wars, just ranged attacks all the way.
You can think people will nap and fiind shares in the core limits, but the infra players won't be there, because they are still filling the inner core, so the nap will not be cancelled because you only have shares with other attackers, and after clearing those attackers you'll have to send ranged fleets to bankers/ressers in their inner core, that are portalled and strongly defended, plus 3 DS protection.
Anyway, I hope I'm wrong and you have fun 
Ofcourse you dont get large cancelwars in 3 weeks, but you dont have that in SD or Orion either, doesnt mean tehre is not plenty of action 
And people complained about raids in week 2 last round... this round is going to be a pain >.<

It's a Montana accent dammit.... I know why people don't want to give me any info but I can still try. It really doesn't matter to me who is in what fam. Every one is a target if the position and time call for it.
