My suggestion is if the mouse is left hovering for 5 seconds on an important graphic or word (such as fighter, or the image of a wizzie) a tool tip pops up identifying core information about that item.

This could help with operations (what damage does my estorm do versus my hypno?), fleet purchasing, the market, and more aspects.

It should make the game easier than our bulky guide and bulky faq....
