Stop whining, I told you we would be ok to swap out any core violations. You didn't agree to swap and just wanted to take those planets, which I didn't agree to obviously. Afterwards you just stopped replying (as I guess you got busy with 63).


Swap out for waht??  the planets your fam explored in our core were the last ones of explo phase, what am I suposed to raze portals and 600% obbed planets to swap out for your empty violation planets? what am I suposed to swap out planets in my core for other planets in my core? 
Waht you told me had no sense and I replied you several times, those planets you explored are violations, you are the family not honouring the nap and so you have to hand those planets for free.  Now the thief demands to trade out what he robbed, is that the world you're living on?

I guess this is where I draw the line. Only couple of days left of the round, but I'm not gonna do shit any longer. I've told Gx to handle these violations plenty times.

btw 50, nice jumps to get those planets back. Showing some fighting spirit, I like that.

I have to agree with Deathstar on this one Render. I do not agree with this core violation swapping when they're explored, but if the nap states swapping 1:1.. you have to swap 1:1

It's as simple as that. I don't see any possible confusion since it was mentioned explicitly in the nap. Next time read your nap agreements before coming here to whine.

Actually... I can't answer that question Sol. But making that assumption wouldn't be fair either since we're all inactive twats.. so I don't think anyone really checked our cores.

And still if we did, there is nothing wrong with it, since that's kinda part of the nap agreement they agreed to sign with us. It should even be considered a wise move.

Not sure about this whole situation, but if there was an agreement in the nap clause that planets are to be swapped than thats how it should remain regardless of if theres any planets to be explored or not.

A nap agreement like this is stupid and never should be signed (or atleast i would never sign it), just my 2 cents ...

For clarification: A NAP like that recks of trickery and confusion, thus should be avoided

Cloud there's nothing about planet swaps in the agreement, but there are cores included, so that means they have violations in our core, no matter how/when/why they'll be removed, the real thing is they must be removed.

If they do this on purpose then it states a precedent for future snake style diplomacy, so when you see explo phase is coming to an end you can send explos to all your napped fams' cores, considering you'll keep them, it is a disrespectful and low move but I'm not surprised at all.  The game is dead.

Arby: A very strict mod, reminds me of a fat redneck who drives a truck around all day with a beer in one hand. I hated this guy at the start, however, I played a round in PW with him where he went as an anonymous player. Our fam got smashed up and everyone pretty much left. Arby stayed around and helped out the remaining family. At the end of the round he revealed himself.... My views on him have changed since. Your a good guy.....

We shouldn't have signed such an unclear NAP from the beginning I guess, I already had a feeling sh!t was going to come from it when I was signing it, but was too busy (read:lazy) to correct it.
About those blow up: If that happened, it was probably not intentionally. I remember we sent out a huge batch of expo's to fill up all the holes right after our war with 63. After that I kinda went too inactve (like everyone else in our fam btw tongue) to notice who was exploring where. Your core was in our forum, so I figured people would check. If they didn't, I was willing to swap out those planets, but not giving them up for free obviously.
