what is your opinion on lasers per planet, do you subscribe to the theory that you should build a static amount (varied a bit to not be predictable) or using the advanced options to build a percent of the total?

key here iw ould say is to use judgement.

Build more on planets that are more valuable, build more on planets that are close to enemy, build more if you are in conflict etc.

Long term you dont want lasers at all really, so lasers are just ment to make you safe until you can get portalled

Nope. I'm pretty positive  MIT proved it couldn't be done  through some ridiculously elaborate equation.  To be sluttier than Noir you would  in essence be Noir =P
