its allmost like ur fam knew what was coming today, any normal person would have seen it coming.
i have been on your fam about breaches. ur attackers explored all over us in banker systems. we did the same back and saved to get the fight done with.
ur fam then opped 44s bankers, pretty much at the same time i gave notice dont forget i have been full save for 2 days for this war.

For clarification....
44 Raided our bankers, in retaliation we opped them, shortly after ops started with 44, and absolutley NO NOTICE being given, we simply seen in HQ that the NAP had been canceled with 57.
Went to discuss NAP with 44 who wanted planets that were not going to be paid, NAP talks stalled (Also seeing as they decided to declare WHILE I was discussing NAP with them didn't make much sense) so once more into the breach!
Also saying that you are cancelling because we were "expoing around your core" is retarted, seeing as both our fams are extremely close, as much as we've expo'd around you, you've expo'd around us...and then you sit back and straight up say "we've been saving for 2 RL days for this" which tells me you were looking for an excuse to cancel, had seen (most likely through infils) that we were quarrelling with 44 and decided this was your time to strike a fam that was not in a position to offer a good fight. Kudos to you, I don't deny that it was GREAT timing.
So in closing, if you're going to fight a fam because that was the intended goal, then just SAY YOU'RE GOING TO FIGHT, stop with all this I did it for this reason crap, OWN IT actually be a grown up and put on your big boy panties and just say that it is what it is...you can piss on me, just don't tell me it's raining.
This is a war game, definitely understand that...but in all the days of my life I have never seen the amount of B.S. that gets stated in these forums to try and save your own (not even good) names...with that I say screw you both, and lets have some fun, this round was getting boring anyway.

Well paying a lousy 48 planets to avoid a 2 vs 1 situation is not so smart to me and we declared as soon as were done talking to IC death right before you came to talk.

Also for the record, we declared immediately after IC Death left our chat. Then he messaged Pitbull about the '57 cancellation. Then '41 opped. Then Klepto showed up and refused the same offer we gave IC Death.
so they opped after i cancelled i thought so.

That may be so. The timing of everything was in minutes. The rest is correct though.

1.) You've given NO NOTICE, you simply canceled the agreement, that's not a notice thats a game function
2.) "Set Up" ...again you're a color less dim than black, our families are in such close proximity ANYTHING expo'd west of our HS is an attempt to "set up" on your family, oh I forgot guess you own most of the sector so if we don't head another direction obviously we're setting up, where is my head at...again don't tell me it's raining.

(oh and our NAP has only been in force for around hmm I think it's 4 RL days so you've been plotting this since we actually signed) And then you take my joke seriously when I ask you to TAKE the core violation or I'll portal it, and then try and use it as ammo in UNI as slander...
4.) Not once did we use 44 as an excuse or a "card", I simply messaged you INFORMING you that we are currently at ends with another family, however you CHOSE to interpret it is not my problem. Perhaps you shouldn't assume so much, makes an ASS out of U and ME
