Ticks are taking longer then usual

Also when its ticking u cannot access the forums at all, it just lags until the ticks over.

The source of this problem has been found and I have a temporary fix in place.  Thanks for pointing this out Lee.

Please let me know if the ticks are going more smoothly now.
