As Noir said earlier, why even bother to do calcs with cf.s when you can do pop-banking instead?
Have you guys ever compared cf to pop after the rules were changed to 650pop/planet (30% more pop) and popgrowth increased to 5% ?

yea CF/RC switch CF/TO will always work best for anyone.  if u want to keep RC thats fine just keep it at 10% CF:75%/TO:15%/RC:10%
