So I guess the first point of business for this forum would be to decide what is included in the honour code. Post your ideas in here, anything agreed on by the masses I can add to this post under an edit.

I think rule one of the honour code should be that honour should always be spelt with a u. H O N O U R.

Go back to the foundation of this game

Change the 35% rule

This isnt 2002 anymore.
There are no 70 fams of 20 ppl in one galaxy anymore.

Heck there are not enough players too fill half those fams @ this mmt.

Iow there are no targets left after you get pwned by number 1 fam while you are number 11 (of 14)

Changing 35% too 50-60 or perhaps bit higher
Ensure place 1-5 fight eachother instead 1-5 vs 11-15

-Definately need to raise the 35% rule. Need to work out a decent % though. No use making it high and then if a family runs away with the round they can only hit 3-4 familys. while the 3-4 familys they can hit can get big a fat.

-A honour fam/player/god who punishes stupid illegal play (nap breaks etc) i.e. Some one breaks a nap (then they get nuked or fig runned or bankers e-stormed etc by a non competitive individual)

If younare a decent family with the right start, you get a good lead and you start attacking, then when done you nap, well there is only so many families, once you nap top 3 or 4 then you look dishonourable for going lower, which i believe you shoukdnt go 5 ranks below you unless provoked, so you have to cancel nap giving families time to get into another war so you cant or hopefully wont touch them, which if you do you are called dishonourable,  only way to stop that would be no naps!
