We have war declared both families.

We have DECLARED WAR on family ~ playmates going to war ~ (6649).
~ playmates going to war ~ (6649) has DECLARED WAR on us.

Yesterday We have had 4 fleet for to complete our work and We observed problems with morale...


Today I done testing moral in one attack....

I had X% morale and I lose 5% morale in attack against one player with 21 planets... Please if this is normal precise for to change our strategy of attack and dont to lose our time sending massive against easy targets....

if your below 20 size or hitting someone below 20 there seems to be a heavyer morale cost. then a fwew years back, wouldnt know the exact numbers, but it has been changed at some.

Colorado: even in the 11/01 war i made more hits.
