Seems to me his intent is to provoke the police offisers that seem to be doing nothing special.. tbh this was rather dull..

Note, the officer then went and gave him a fixed penalty for his illegally parked car - and not the other 57 illegally parked cars on he street.

Oh my god he spoke to the police, what provocation!

I loved the suggestion concerning the illegal parking. And the fact that he was as hypocritical and lazy as the man filming suggested.

This is why we need limited government and less pigs worried about little shit.
