yeh well we has having a normal discussion about todays events, im all for a new rule, galactic over seers w/e

but he just went and ruined the whole thing, taking it to the next level.

and that is the base problem with this game, people are too quick to scald and attack when its not needed more players quit becuase of that then getting raped ingame.

this morning i played the good guy, i wasnt involved in the raids i have been busy building im not even a leader iam just a random.

Aztec wanted to really hurt ur fam, im not keen on a fam taking such a bashing so early on, i like my fights later, real fights, share wars ect.
i looked for ur family channel for ages just so to come and gove u a cheap pnap, that didnt really cost u as much as it would have if aztec went thru with his 2nd wave with paperclip.

u know, what more was i too do? i mean you even had ur little digs aswell primo whilst i was talking to WL.

it just wasnt needed.

The problem with an honor code is the difficulty to enforce it. I know we discussed while you were still a moderater Primo. There would be so many details to hash out. Not saying its impossible or unwanted, just that it would take serious work.

What the problem with this game is the lack of a code of ethics or conduct. For example, you have the 35% family NW rule but in reality that is viewed as farming. However, the game still allows for you to attack those within that 35% range. The disparity between what is "right" and what is "game legal" should be fixed. While some people, like Primo will follow this code of honor, not all people will do so. Some people, like Lee for instance will take advantage and exploit any advantage he can gain. I can understand this perspective as it is his goal to win. However, unlike other games in which serious money/prestige is on the line such as SC2, I fail to see how this playing to win attitude is good for the game. While IC is competitive to a point, one of the main attractions of IC is the social aspect of the game or else the game would not have survived for so long. Thus, if one of the primary/best features is the social aspect, the game  should try to maximize positive social interactions and reduce negative ones caused by actions such as farming.

And Lee lets be honest. You ruined the whole thread with your first post. Primo's post was clearly articulated in a well structured matter. Your response, lack of grammar, spelling, and the general butchering of the English language conveyed your tone about what you thought of Primo's thread. That isn't what mature adults in society are supposed to do. How can one have a discussion when the other is clearly disrespecting? Lee you always play the "poor me" card like with how you got banned a week ago or how you got banned last MW. Save it for somewhere else. No one is interested in hearing your sob stories.

That's exactly my point. What is honorable to 1 is not the same for all. For the most part, honor does exist and is followed. The social aspect of the game demands it. What sneaky move you do 1 round may bite you in the ass the next. The worst rounds are the ones when a top family plays without honor and there is no way to penalize then. Maybe the Tokassi will eventually invade IC and set everybody straight.

They did actually, with the help of the striking traders and some magical disease. They killed everyone. Nothing changed
