Mrblonde, you can't compare teams when they never faced each other, ofcourse the Netherlands have ...seriously... the best goalkeeper, the tactical passes from Spain (in the game versus Russia) were awesome to watch.
I think Spain will really step up like they did in the last few minutes today against sweden
before that they kept on passing the ball back, and not taking any chances or making the best of opportunities and chose to play it safe rather than take some risks
but in the end, you saw them all actually running up, instead of receiving the ball holding it, and then passing it sideways
Spain will look at today's game and know what to do to beat the dutch
Spain couldnt play their possesion game because Sweden had all 10 field players into their half defending a 1-1 result wich didnt benefit them too much.. Rusia is stronger than Greece.
Sweden sucked and they deserved to loose X(
Sweden only started to suck once ibrahimovic was substituted and the attacking end was empty and all they could do is defend. - That they did really well until 1 small mistake which villa used immediately and punished sweden in overtime.
Why was Ibrahimovic substituted? - Because he needs to kick ass against russia thats why - at the moment russia needs to win - sweden is ok with a tie since their goal situation is + 1 at the moment - russian is - 2
russians played pretty nice against greece, but the 1 - 0 score showed they are also not too able to capitalize and score their opportunities.
So whether its Sweden or Russia will be left to the last game which is fair enough , the better team will advance - and if they are equal then sweden will advance cause they did way better than russia against spain.
Sure they were... but the Russians were very naive and left the initiative to Spain. We won't give them all the possession

Today I tried something: We went to see a movie but me and my brother had just missed the eight o'clock preformance so we chose to walk around in the village. We stumbled upon an Italian cafe that had its flag plastered all across it's window. My bro dared me to go in and yell 'HUP HOLLAND! HUP!'. So i did

hahaha no, he read henry's, and it said that ball had to be touched by one of the other attackers, so Edwin was waiting for that to jump in the left corner, but nobody touched it so it just rolled in
sometimes, rarely but sometimes, its better not to read minds and just go for the ball
the dutch won't play their best people, i dont think so, they'll probably let the bench step up,
but honestly to make it easier if not romania then i would say france, italy gets too many chances for my liking

5 minutes left in the game, they were trailing 2-1, they score a goal to level it up, everyone starts talking about penalties. Turkish captain comes in with like 2 minutes left in the game, shoots almost puts it too high, it's the top bar, bounces down just right of the line, bounces back up and sees nothing but the back net.
That was one of the best finishes ever, considering the teams of course
So that's why I hear so many car horns honking! It's all them Turks in the Netherlands celebrating their victory. I was confused, for a moment I thought I had just missed Holland vs Romania.
