something needs to be done.

they basically made a rule from the top of there head and implemented it, that itself is illegal and ubuse of mod powers - Fact.

Now let me explain, me and teddy hate each other, ot at least its been that way for several years, over time i just grew to ignore him.
Anyway, the fact that we are accused of consipiring together in the 1st place is a complete joke, there was no msgs ingame, i do not have his facebook/email/cell number so unless we communicated telapathicly this is just ridiculously obsurd.

Now, FD said and i quote "lee was blocked for stopping other ppl having fun" wtf NICE NEW RULE u just made up there.

Fact is bara is a C**T who has being ruining peoples rounds for several years, Bara is one of the main reasons the new rule was implemented, stopping leaders rougin and killin players that actually wanted to play.

what i did may have been a bit spiteful, but he deserves it, infact he deserves to be perm banned, i have been saying this for a long time, the amount of players new and old alike that have left becuase of him is unreal.

Now if the mods did there job properly i wouldnt have had to stitch him up would i, he should have been blocked anyway.

but also note, what i did WAS NOT illegal, it is not illegal to op another family thats a fact,

u made up a new rulle, banned me, then tried to justify it


that is abuse of mod powers and i call upon some action to be taken here

when does it stop? once its been done once it will be done again.

I would like the mods to respond to this issue other than "We do not discuss blocks in the forums".

It really looks like they accused and convicted lee without any real evidence. Even though I appreciate the mods putting their personal time in managing the game I do think their mistakes should be pointed out and investigated if we want to keep a healthy mod - player relationship.

Everyone makes mistakes, it is not a big deal but the mods should come forward when they do instead of hiding behind excuses like not discussing things in forum. Especially since this is the only place where they can be discussed.

* PS. Lee don't curse because they use that to lock threats like this and it won't help your case!

Its clear that Lee wasnt around in Nov last year when we made a new rule. What has a base in the next sentence.

As long as one player does get their fam in trouble by attacking or opping others or violating core naps without a yes from that fam, then theres a reason to get a official warning resulting in a block when the action is bad enough in my eyes.

This like I stated earlier,  that I personally arent very happy with all rules in the context we have them atm and that counts for more mods. ( when not all )

We blocked more people for the same reasons in the past. (since november)

When there is something to blame then i take all blame btw

FD...Bara cancelled on us 93 and we had war declared and we were opping  98 before all this started. I fail to see why one member of their family oppjng us back should result in a block. Where can you draw the line on ruining someones fun? Look at family 89 and the raping they have taken because of other families ruining their fun? This is insane.

If I join a new fam and I see a fam i'm not napped with wich I like to op (maybe some personal vendetta wich makes the game interesting aswell), how can u justify an account block? looks like now there is actually a official nap and a unofficial nap wich Mod keep in mind? lolz

You blocked lee for opping a family within 24 hours of HIS family cancelling the nap on them?

If 97 or 93 cancelled the nap, i would understand. But the FACT that 98 cancelled the nap, implies they we're going to start offensive operations against them, yet you blocked him for doing that?

Again, to 93 and 97, 05 had over 400 fleets hovering when you started, and you could've just waited 12 ticks and we'ed of taken care of it for you, but jesus [biep]ing christ listen to yourself mods...

You blocked lee for ruining bara's round, who's plan was to ruin 93/97's round by abusing the 35% rule to attack them after they started warring?

You should not have a right to block someone based off your own opinion. If your unhappy with the situation, then implement a rule that means someone can't op or attack 48 hours after joining a fam. THat way bara could've marked him qogue and all is fine.

@Spam .. i cant disagree there .. personally i whould like it to look over some rules again , including this rule , its a open door , saying this on personal account , tho i agreed with it , back then.
the 89 raping was a shame

@ spawn and spam .. yeah drawing a line somewhere .. i do it when the fam members starts to complain about the actions what are made .. its a good id for me sofar. but a clear line is not present.

Bottom line is mods should have a code of rules to follow, that shouldn't be based off an opinion of whether someone did wrong.

I repeat, this is what you did. You blocked someone for opping a family that his leader cancelled the nap with within 24 hours of that nap ending. Do you see how ridiculous that sounds?

Mod"s" is a term that should be used lightly in this scenario. There are mods that are against this block and current discussions are still ongoing.

This is doing my head in for something that I put my FREE time and effort in, to only get bashed by the community about it all.
Im possibly breaking the rules myself within this post, but Im sick of dealing with narrow minded ppl that cant seem to follow simple guidelines. Speculation will be the end of this game.

I agree with the other players. If you are going to put the smack down for "ruining other people's rounds| then block Bara'snatch' for rogue'ing his family just b/c he wanted to protect himself when he (the leader) broke the NaP. He should have never broke the NaP if he wasn't prepared to defend himself. AND, he shouldn't have marked others rogue. AND, he shouldn't have killed off his own fam members just to give himself higher rankings.

This is a bunch of BS and the Mods should have seen it as such.

there are more not logical things in this matter.

In some cases I whould like some more case to case revieuws in our rules and in others it whould be better maybe to have some general and plain examples/ sentences.

I take all the blame when there should be any ..

As i said .. I follow the rules and see them as i see them indeed.   My apoligise when it does sound like i protect bara but hmmm i think i aproved a block on him last round or two ago for the same reasons ..

tho i think nap cancelations dont mean war all the time wink i can understand your reasoning
