San Berdino is the third city in two weeks to Declare Bankruptcy.

This is a pretty big deal as they are a major shipping/receiving city on the perimeter of Los Angeles.

California still suffers a major budget short-fall which is complicated by the self made gutting of their porn industry and chicken farms. Further complicating their budget is the deciion to push forward with the unneeded high speed train (100 billion dollars) as well.

With more California cities on the brink and with industries getting whacked a lot (Apple, IBM, and more have a do not build in California policy right now), unemployment through the roof, a new bill inviting illegal aliens to enjoy welfare aid and protectionism from the Federal Government, a coming Cap and Trade scheme which will make gas and Diesel prices in California sky rocket....

The State of California is doomed. Nothing can save it.

Good news is, we refuse to enact Clinton-era Welfare To Work limits, we declared ourself a sanctuary state for illegal aliens, we impose air quality standards so strict we can't operate any quarries, and we're mandating 25% of all cars sold in CA by 2015 be electric, which will close most car dealerships--- so there will no recovery

Yeah, not enough businesses have fled the state yet. They should ruin their economy more in the name of deficit reduction. I can't see any problems with that approach.

High Taxes has cost California from gaining the Construction Apple is doing in Nevada, also other companies will not build in California also.
