You guys are forcing too tight with small fams' abuse

yeah, let's get the 35% rule down to 15% plz, it's always the same with those tiny no future having fams who are constantly complaining

i disagree WiWi. the 35% fam NW rule was one of the best changes to the game thus far imo. and sorry little fams.:( you know i hadn't taken more than 1 or 2 planets all round from you guys till now. and i hope you sent that message to WiWi too Zidi.:P
To be honest, I think the rule should be 50% not 35%. 35% fams have honestly no chance in fighting against the bigger fams.
my last post was wrong, it can't be 15% cuz than it still would be farming according to the little fams
let's get it up to 50-75%, than they stop whining!
these days are getting owned by small fams who are whining and big fams who are paying +400 planets to avoid a war:s
50% is way too much. that would mean fams like 93 can't NAP the top 5 otherwise they'd have no other targets.:/

even 50% wouldn't be fair, every fam that is 50% bigger should win, unless they don't know how to attack like KTiger and crew:)
and i can understand why 87 is complaining a bit here, but why is 84 whining at all? the guy i attacked from 84 was within 75% of my NW range. should they be immune to all attacks simply because the rest of their fam is small? so everybody leave Buckeyestud from 86, glue from 90, and Bara from 98 alone?

Masters of PT (#6405) gave his word to not attack my fam again, but it was broken 40 times. I have a feeling he has done the same to other small familys to be able to farm around.
This is not about me or my lost planets/fleet but all those who are victims for these liars who cant stand by their word. I am not going to sit back and say ok this had to happen i will rebuild and fight, and i hope all you other who was told the same " we will not attack you again, we only wanted shares with " or something like that, will batter up and face them on the battle field,
and show them that even small guys like us can do something!

and i DID stop attacks after that. as those are pretty much the only messages we sent back and forth, tell me where and when did i give you my word to never attack your fam again? i keep to my word. don't put words in my mouth and make me out to be a liar. there wasn't even any hint of deceit in what i told you.
Please everyone dont call it whining its just about people giving their word and breaking it, if we had picked planets off you first then it would have been different. But no you came like thieves in the night, ran over our two main defenders (we sort of have no attackers only defenders) then went for our bankers. Good we now know your word is not worth a single dime and we will have to work from there.

what word? i've never spoken with you on IRC, and we only exchanged like 3 or 4 messages back and forth. WHERE AND WHEN did i say we wouldn't attack your fam ever again?

If you accuse someone of breaking his word it would be nice to show us proof. It is kind of hard to believe it like that.
This is the first time in the entire round we have taken more then 20 planets from anyone we werent at war with. So dont make accusations unless you can back it up. We warred 96 and 02 when they were 50% bigger then us, then 99 when same size then 03 after they broke a nap agreement with us.
Ffs an if you want someone not to attack you negotiate. If 2 days ago you came to us and said "look we are at war can we give you 20 planets for pnap" it.probably couldve been arranged.
Or this other time he said he wouldnt attack again why no pnap..i dnt get it. Who are you at war with?
