Re: How does E prepare to write a post?

As some people may realize I sometimes put posts out hurried.

But this is often not the case. In fact I rather do a lot of research to come to a final post.

Case in point I am preparing a fracking post soon. I have been reading up on new efforts prior to choosing what to write, what links to include, and which method to write it in.

http://fracfocus.org/chemical-use/what-chemicals-are-used is a chemical list. I got that page from http://fuelfix.com/blog/2012/07/03/fracking-chemicals-aren%E2%80%99t-hard-to-find-in-your-home/#6120-3

I also of interest to me is http://www.truthlandmovie.com/ where a movie was actually made of fracking.

Now I know from experience that roughly twenty to thirty people will read, but only specific people will post (I can even commonly name them in advance to myself) in response. For instance I know commonly Chris will read but not reply to my posts but sit and wait for specific people to post and mattering on their content choose to post.

So my post will be designed for both the hidden audience and the active repliers.

More research is desired, though I have pretty extensively researched the topic in the past.

Making a post is an art. You only have so much space to get attention, then retaining it is difficult as well with to much 'spacer' material. You have, or rather I have to, to keep attention via making content tug at an emotion.

In the coming post I would probably avoid the movie. Seems to me most would yawn and walk away. The food comparisons part however seems a great comparison tool.

Then I need to know how many topics are active, who is active at the moment, how many topics I plan to introduce, and decide to be short and to the point, insanely short, medium, or go for a long post. On a rare occassion I have done an epic post such as my challenge to Xeno.

So I process the info and make my decisions. Well researched, decide length, style, and direction, then throw it together.

On a rare occassion I take a week to write a post, seeking exactly the right words as I make a post designed to make people read, understand, and leave little space left. Recently my posts on drugs have been of that nature.

Anyhow just showing my methods and thought processes.

Re: How does E prepare to write a post?

Considering the time spent and the quantity produced, I still await a post from you that doesn't read as if written by a dyslexic 12 year old for whom English is a fourth language, who never went to school, has no concept of intelligent discourse and who suffers from autism.

You are correct on one point - your posts are on drugs!

Re: How does E prepare to write a post?

And what sort of preparation goes into the occasional thread, which is nothing more than an embarrasing copy-and-paste job?

Re: How does E prepare to write a post?

Actually I have not done a copy/paste in a year except very minor parts. Ice Cream Sandwhich or w/e droid OS I have does not like to do copy/paste.

So very little is copy/paste your accusation is kinda lame.

Mace: Your a troll, if I said the sky was blue you would try to act intelligent and say something that would disagree at least slightly against it. Go be a Muslim troll somewhere else.

I know it's rare, I appreciate the honesty however.

Re: How does E prepare to write a post?

First, you disable the part of the brain which can differentiate between "your" and "you are."

Then, you make up all kinds of facts where your knowledge is lacking.

You then reasonably conclude, from your fictional facts, that we need more nanny-state government to protect us from ourselves. It's a scary world out there. We better get those Republicans elected. They're GENIUSES I tell you! They'll protect us all!

Your organizational skills leave something to be desired. Never have you posted a thesis or a conclusion, let alone any basic form of organization. Your walls of text have killed many innocent Pandas. Or at least bored them to sleep.

I believe Einstein gets up to 40 mph on what appears to be a level and empty road and then starts surfing

The core joke of Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy is that of course no civilization would develop personal computers with instant remote database recovery, and then waste this technology to find good drinks.
Steve Jobs has ruined this joke.
