so one of 6405's attackers had over 20 portalled system shares with 6403, and 6403 had none with 6405's other fam members.  6403 comes asking for a NAP and after much discussion, 6403's leader agrees to pay 75 planets for a PNAP.  the PNAP agreement was signed and sent to every fam member personally, and it was placed in both fam forums too.  18 ticks later 6403 jumps an attacker to clear 6405's attacker.  congrats KTiger on saving your fam from losing 300+ planets and being able to clear your systems.  you're screwed next round, if not this one.;)

PT cleared loads of my planets, and also i sent out all my expoes befor Pt even started attacking me, those expos i sent out took between like 20 hours to 40 hours to arrive, then my expos where already on there way when all this stuff started, as for the conversation your talking about between KTiger and your fam i wouldnt have a clue what it was, and also, i dident intensionally expo near you, i randomly expoed all over the place

i don't care how long it took you to get there gilmour.  when you explore into a system, you obviously see which fams are in it.  i can't believe you still suck so much after playing so many rounds that you were asking me how i can check my core twice a day within 15 minutes.  and whatever you guys say, the planets were explored and cleared before PNAP was agreed upon.

i knew from infils that you guys might try to pull something like this but i held back from running fleet and clearing 300+ planet shares because we were in the process of NAP talks.  my fam was urging me to rape you guys instead of trusting you when you said you'd accept the PNAP terms (which i know you did because your entire fam was asleep and you were heading off to bed too), but i still thought it'd be better to play honourably and lose than play dishonourably and win.  it takes no skill to play dishonourably and win.

you had me, Zidi, and Boxer chasing after you for proper confirmation (because in this twisted world apparently IRC, and in-game messages containing a clear yes/no isn't enough) of the PNAP agreement but you put it off for a full day.  you said you were going to resend confirmation but kept on delaying.  i knew you were putting it off but i decided to give you my trust.  i should've just gone ahead and raped you when you said you were using your phone to play and still didn't copy and paste the message.  don't worry, i don't consider it a loss when someone pulls a low move like this to get a one up on me.  next round you'll be on the losing end of a fair and square fight.  because skills always eventually come out on top of underhanded tactics.

plus you said in IRC that where i shared with you guys wasn't in your core but simply on the fringes of your core.  Zidi and paashaas were witnesses, even if i can't go back in time to copy and paste the entire IRC convo.  here are the key facts to this whole issue:

1. i had portalled shares with your fam in over 20 full systems OUTSIDE of your core

2. i cleared gilmour's explos into my fam's systems DURING PNAP discussions and BEFORE PNAP agreement

3. you agreed to the PNAP terms on IRC and in in-game messages.  there are no other messages that i left out in between those that i posted above, and you know it.  you can make it all fancy and everything but at the end of the day you gave your word.

we don't need underhanded tactics to beat your fam.  we'll see what we can still do this round and next round you're definitely going down.

fyi KTiger, i was in a lot of those systems first.  you guys were in some of the systems first.  we both planned ahead to grab shares.  so don't give me your crap about lies and all that.  i didn't have an issue with us getting shares with each other during our war with 99.  i just had an issue with you guys sending fleets to my planets and attacking us during our war with 99.;)
