Upon traveling to the far distant galaxy of Pinwheel the Moderators have found some interference in the gravitational fields surrounding the planets there.
They do not seem to want to move from their previous locations and have hence slowed the resetting of the galaxy.

Our Developers are busy creating a Levity ray to solve this issue.
