Colo and I had pretty even fight. My attackers just came back from holiday and were getting involved. We were also fighting over 91's gains from their 89 war, not in 97's systems. That, and Nick toasted their poppers. He did more damage to their poppers in 12 hours than Spacecat did in 2 days. Oh, btw, Spacecat, please join a fam with a great Pax and learn. You gotta hypno bro. 6 estorms didn't do squat. tongue

thats up for debates considering that estorms are more likely to succeed! i used to do 2 hypnos but this round my fam tried 7 storms and it did work.

Haha, omg. Yes, you took a few ports from me. I hate losing those far away ports that don't mean shit in the fight between us. They are such a pain in the ass. Also, I blew more than 1 of your ports. I took 3 or 4 in 1 night easily. As for "wasting fleet", you're right. I had a lot of fleet to waste. That's what happens when you're the only active attacker in a family. You can get as much fleet as you want. tongue

We didn't lose shit for infra either. We were playing ping pong with mostly your planets. Oxy raided the shit out of Arctic Wolf in 89's core and we passed those back and forth the whole time. So not much lost for us.



Oh, and Dsup, yes mass estorms can work...but you need more than 5 a day. Yes, Zarf's income dropped because of pop being killed, but it was a slow drop and was offset by the fact that none of our bankers were being touched hardly at all. Arctic Wolf's cpff of me all over the place was better op use than 5 estorms on 1 pop banker each day and the 1 OH KT received.

Estorms are best when ur taking out 1 banker longterm, hypnoes are best if u wanna reduce the income of a fam with several poppers asap.

Tho stacking Estorms without any hypnos can be a waste also. You have to be wise with your ops. Because the more ops you save on a popper, means the more CFers you can lock down also!

That's my point. The estorms, in grand scheme, didn't hurt. 5 estorms on 1 popper a day, when leaving all other bankers alone didn't hurt our eco. The 11mill iron opped was biggest damage done, but that was a lucky hit.  I had to poo, and you took advantage of that. tongue

Although Schneipel was mad you opped his 0 iron so many times!

1 pax can lockdown 3 bankers easily. Kill 90% of the fams eco in a day. Gotta use hypno though. Then use estorms to keep pop from growing back, and OH's on any cf's. Easy as pie.
