Well... the news ain't being fast here. In Oregon we saw proof of the Libertarian plan.

They are taking as many delegates as they can and pushing for a fight on the Convention floor.

They will try to claim several things, all of which are nonsense but they believe they will win (hahaha), including delegates should not be forced to their pledge and using an intimidation law to claim they were intimidated and their pledges should goto Paul.

I for one advocate civil war before accepting Paul's Presidency, but it won't happen so moot point.

However the Ron Paul believers think with less than 9% of the Republican vote (and with no State wins) they can steal the election through parlimentary procedure and legal fights (I wonder how they would respond if someone did this to stop Ron Paul, lol.... the screaming ofc never would end) and then go on to the win the General Election.

A) I would rather vote for Obama than Ron Paul and most Republicans feel the same.

Obama is a Mustard Gas bomb to us. Kills with pain over a minor radius. Ron Paul is ten high yeild nukes. The man is nuts and he is the only candidate that scares us worse than Obama.

B) Stealing an election won't hurt feelings huh? Ask Democrats how they feel about Al Gore losing because of Florida and their PERCEPTION he should have won (even though facts say othrwise).

A stolen primary fight would lead to immeadiate bad feelings (even though it won't succeed just imagine if it did)

C) Ron Paul cannot out raise Obama (something he would need to have already been doing to hope to steal an election and get his viewpoints out)

D) Fighting like this means Libertarians will not set national policy, will not be setting State policy, will be circumvented by the Caucus (aka the elected) and by the voters. Trust me I already don't get help at the State level compared to the Caucus here in Oregon.

E) They probably just killed Ron Pauls chance of a major appointment like a surprise appointment to Chairman of the Fed. An undeground fight means they get NOTHING.
