lol BW u cant admit ur country has killed thousand of innoncet ppl..... Then ur gone in ur head....
Even when they bombed Iraq they were killing innoncent ppl
Not at all BW, if it's not torture, then why are the people who were identified on the photographs convicted?
From wikipedia (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Abu_Ghraib_torture_and_prisoner_abuse#cite_ref-52) :

The argument is what is considered torture at this point. While all you said is true, it doesn't support any argument stating that the examples BW gave about stacking people on top of each other etc are torture.
You would go to jail for robbing a store - but you wouldn't call it torture. There's more than one illegal thing in this world ![]()
Read what you wrote of WHY they were charged with anything. It doesn't say torture in there.
@BW
Hey let some US troop stick ur head in some water until u almost die.... Then we will see if its torture or not....

hehe.... "I THINK" is the operative statement.......To think is to be subjective. ![]()
I dont find that "Torture" at all.
So, going by the definition set forth in the UN Declaration of Human Rights, you wouldn't find it the least bit degrading to find yourself in a pile of naked people, stacked one on top of the other? Is that what your saying?
Good point, time we repudiated the UN Convention since it covers people forced to wear jumpsuits and pick up trash along the highway
