Legalization / decriminalization of lynching drug dealers = freedom  because it respects the right of individuals to enter into those kind of arrangements

i think most states will eventually decriminalize at least marijuana for amounts under 1 ounce  like Massachusetts has done.  makes more sense to ticket them and collect a hundred or so if they are not deemed with the intent to sell rather than put them in prison and make the tax payers pay for their stay.  mass supreme court has even gone so far in a recent decision to say that the smell of marijuana coming from the car is not sufficient enough probable cause for police officers to search for marijuana
