My company already "highly requests" me to get fuel full up before entering California.

This will change it to 'route plan' to fuel for cheapest possible. 1200 miles of California means it would be cheaper to run 200 miles to Reno, then go back and head North or South.

California will not sell over the road trucks as much fuel as they think. Knowing this stuff also makes a great campaign idea. I will offer to build deepwater ports off our coast to steal Californian jobs. While expensive in the long run if we do nothing to piss the merchants off our economy can literally steal 5% of California's and produce up to 500k jobs.

Now that is a jobs plan!
