Autopsy and Medical reports are now public knowledge.

George Zimmerman had a fractured skull, bruised eye sockets, a broken nose, and other trauma.

Trayvon had bruised knuckles, a gun shot wound (source of death), drugs in his system, and no other notables.



The witness puts Trayvon on top of Zimmerman beating him.


CBS of course edited tapes removing the question from police about the color of the man he was watching.



Trayvon had hit a bus driver recently, had been suspended from school for drugs, violence, and burglary tools. His twitter account name showed he was unconcerned about showing his love of violence.



Zimmerman had saved a black man from a cop and helped in court against said cop. He was a community organizer and neighborhood watch captain. He helped organize the black community. His family had raised two black girls as he was growing up and he himself is half hispanic.


The entire story was a put up job by CBS and local media seeking a story where they could portray a white man killing a black man for benefit to politics in Florida.

There have been no arrests on the New Black Panthers who still have a $10,000 bounty on Zimmerman "dead, not alive". Barack and Eric Holder will not arrest them despite the obvious illegality of this bounty.

Everything bad in the economy is now Obama's fault. Every job lost, all the debt, all the lost retirement funds. All Obama. Are you happy now? We all get to blame Obama!

That prosecutor is going crazy.

Our Sublime Supreme Court ruled in the 80s that lying to judges was not perjury if it doesn't matter.

It is against the Constitution to make bail a punishment.  You can deny bail for things like murder where the defendant is going to go over the hill...BUT if you allow bail it must be reasonable.

Zimmerman deceived the judge...
Zimmerman got low bail...
Zimmerman was out with more money than the bail judge would have liked... $150,000 more
Zimmerman didn't run to Cuba...
Zimmerman came back when called...
Zimmerman went back to jail.

So, what's the big deal? I think that's what a judge is going to ask in the perjury case.

If the Missus says "Yeah but I don't think I had to tell you cause that's not his escape money that's his trial money so I don't have to tell you so you can burn it for bail" then I think she walks.  Cause even IF the judge found out and raised Z's bail, same result.

Lemme clarify -- if it werne't bail, but compensation like child support or debt payment, yeah he's screwed.  But the thing about bail is that it ain't confiscatory or punitive.  The judge is barred by the US Constitution from saying "well I guess bail of $50,000 is ok for your crime WHAT YOU HAVE MORE MONEY???GIMME"

The core joke of Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy is that of course no civilization would develop personal computers with instant remote database recovery, and then waste this technology to find good drinks.
