This is the magic month everyone anticipates a ruling.

Currently 68% want either full repeal or death to the mandate.

A mere 24% want to keep it intact.


Word is it is gone and Obama has been distancing himself from it. No ads promote it for him, no boosters, no speeches (except to small fundraising groups of millionaire socialists), and just the chirping of birds.

So how the mighty have fallen. Viva la Tea Party Revolucion!

Saving his life is guaranteed, his leg is not guaranteed. Typically there is assistance for such as this, though a high deductible emergency insurance costs very little and would do the trick easily enough.

Plus there is the source of the injury... did he do this himself? Or someone else? If someone else then he gets treated assuming that the other WILL pay one way or another. At work? Covered under workmans comp insurance and basic liability (unless he was deliberately unsafe).

Most times it is hard to reattach a leg however. Fingers happen all the time and are reattached all the time now.

Well most likely he will go to a COUNTY hospital, that is, a LOCAL healthcare facility.

There his life will be saved and he will be given every facility to call a lawyer to sue the ass off the railroad.  Can you even imagine an assless railroad?  They'll settle rather than realize what a railroad with no ass looks like.

The core joke of Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy is that of course no civilization would develop personal computers with instant remote database recovery, and then waste this technology to find good drinks.

Well at least it is not China... They would harvest him since he was lamed up.

Or Canada where he would have to wait half a year for surgery.

Or England where he would be told they exceeded their surgery's for the month and he would have to wait.

Or Cuba where they would make sure he had a 'heavenly time'.
