I'd really like to see a pirate tag yikes it's totally in theme. They could replace rogue with it, so as punishment for going rogue they have to speak in pirate! Its brilliant.

Lets be clear.  There's a difference between pirate-speak and drunk-speak.  I think those with drunk-tag should be forced to speak drunk-pirate-speak.

Also, those with the tag get twice the income and res from newly taken planets.
