this is not a shhhh thread Alundra. this is a very sensible idea.
as it stands any player that is blocked or insta deleted, their so-called crimes are punished by the mods but at the same time their entire family is as well, especially if that person happens to be holding the family bank at the time.
fair enough if mods want to punish a player but dont make everyone else suffer as they have nothing to do with w/e said person has allegedly done.

The fam suld also b punished accordingly....such as a night spent with wornstrum as he teaches u chinese........maybe thats a little to harsh.......death sounds more reasonable

the stuff should be given to the fam leader when some empire is
-killed
-surrendered (in case the gal allows the option)
-deleted by the game (auto delete speach)
-inactive for more than 96h (4 days)
-blocked
What if a player is blocked for exploiting a bug, or receiving market aid?
receiving market aid is completely legal when you receive it from your ally, thats not a reason for a block as far as I know. But in the case a player gets extra ilegal cash/ress before being blocked, the mods should have the ability to eliminate all this stuff before blocking him. So the leader receives 0 saves.
However this may result of losing the fambank

it is an idea arby therefore in the ideas thread. but obviously if the block is for illegal financial gain similar to what a mod did a while ago, then fine it is one of those details that could be ironed out in the 'details' thread.

well u could start it out small and grow it as u gain more information...
example: keep it as killas original idea for a round or two were if a family has less players or ghost spots... then the leader of that family gets the extra resources and exploration ships...
