All he is saying is that nap terms clearly state that leader and all VL's were to be messaged upon cancelling the nap, that never happened so what he is saying, is according to the nap terms, even though it was cancelled in relations, the NAP was never actually officially cancelled because not all NAP cancellation procedures were followed. There is absolutely no reason to crucify him just because he is carefully reading the nap terms that were signed by both sides.

TCO and Gard arent little boys to hide behind this. That's why the  changes in relantions happened so that we dont get stupid loopholes like this one, aka.. "the nap isnt cancelled cus someone did not read their messages". What do you do if i dont declare a VL ? what if i dont want too? will i receive a "special nap"?

Since we're talking about technicalities...nap terms say Leader and Vice must be notified for nap to be cancelled. It doesn't say message. Is a big red box with the message" relations have been broken" not enough of a notification?

As an active member on 96 I agree with 04 and the ingame relations changes have v been put into place to stop these kinds of things! My family know how I feel about this as we have been arguing on irc about it
