due to our missing tick, several fams had their planning gone up in smoke due to people not being able to do what they need to do, and for the sake of a fair shot for everyone i wanna poll and see how people r thinking about restarting Orion. (48h off official start date?)

I'l be honest it would be a personal gain aswell.

since this game knows exponentional growth, a tick in mw wont effect the income/production of the fams as much a week from now, as it would for Orion.
If a dude has to go to work and wont be able to get online one hour later, who needed to explore/build up the leftys will be a big pain in the ass for that fams eco growth.

Missed tick affected everyone in the same way. You either deal with it or you dont. Its a team orientated round and if you cant make an 1hr sacrifice for whatever reasons then HC/BoR building may not be for you tongue

Noone gained an advantage from the missed tick. You could say that some planned to do their thing on the time it was spose to happen but now cant. On the other hand others that may have been an hr late are ok. Either ither...

Tryme was not able to stand online for the extra tic, we are missing ressies for tomorrow, my strat is gone to hell because of the missing tic, is that enough for you Poley?? I'm sure other people suffered it too, but not ALL, so the competition starts unbalanced and unfair.

well idk about people's life, but we planned this so he was online in tic5 to send explos and build, but that happened in tic6, thats the problem, I woulda changed strat and I'd do that job if I knew we were missing 1 tic, but no man, this tic missing cannot be treated like a GE, you can never expect that to happen, and it is serious when it happens at BoR.

The round is bugged, now you can go on with it, I will pwn you all anyway smile

annything at the first fwew ticks of a round have a huge impact, its like cutting one single tree in the past to prevent a forrest in the future.
especially when people r holding onto ressies to not get as much decay.

it would mean their holding 199 of each, 199 end not being able to send and use it at bor is a pritty big fuck up!

200 end at tick update u lose 1 end,
so if u let people keep 199 end on them til its being used, u save yourself decay.
since end is the issue so early on the round every end u lack u wil lose income/production.

I couldn't be happier with the non-tick. One of our members lost his internet during the 6th tick but made it back for the 7th tick. So instead of missing his resources and cash for opening build on explored planets we got everything like we normally would have.
