how bout 3 week eco round with no set cores, its gonna be a slaughter fest when no attacks are up lol

160 spots, way too much
make 100 max, no point putting more and then wait rest of the round to get players
Agree. This round i think many ppl are gonna wait with joining PW til Orion is done, and i won it.
damn make it 80 spots 1 man fam standard rules everybody on his own on a small map, only then you'll have a fun round.
It is obvious PW is not more the place to play in a family with the standard IC setup, you'll have to move to MW if you want that. I have several msgs in my inbox of old and skilled players saying this is their last round, and honestly, I dont feel like playing again the same old song over the same old place, it has lost all the fun, so Mizzle if you want to give life back to PW turn it into an SS gal with standard rules (no HC) so people dont fall again and lose motivation because their family is shit, gone inactive, its full of multis, etc...
Most fams this round had a max of 4 active players, and not really active in most of the cases, the next round will be the same, this setup is OBSOLETE and must be changed!

And if there will be less players in fam than 3 players, then u should allow allies
why do u need so many fams in pw.. try to make less fams as possible get some of those new guys in vets fams that way u get more activity.. ur stretching the limits of skill out too far
8 , 12 man fams might be nice, at least you have a chance to have more then 2 or 3 active player in a family...
and Killas you didnt get my point, I say this round has proved that PW is not the place where you can play with a family anymore, no matter you start with 8, any planning goes to hell because you're lucky if half of them are active, so you have to re-evaluate the family setup and mostly there's no time and no morale to do it. I have seen a quantum as fleet admiral again (I did it 2 rounds ago) and families losing their capacity of attacking, opping, etc..
The result is a lost of competitivity and motivation in the players that remain active.
What I say is, to play in a family, coordinate with your mates, draw a plan for a round etc.. you have MW, you cannot do it in PW, it doesnt work, so many people decides to go SS (or are forced to). So if we gonna have a gal based in families and many people in those families have to go SS, then the few families that can actually play as a family they have advantages over the rest, and to balance that advantage the best way to do it is by turning PW in a SS gal.
Now you can say I am wrong and try another round where half of the players will go inactive ruining the round for the other half, the problem is that it doesnt happen in a balanced way, so the family with less inactives wins, and this game shouldnt be played that way.
Also if you do it 1 man fam SS with 80 families we can get back to the big alliances (even alliances of 5), naps will have a sense again and the uni news will be like the old galactic congress because everyone is a leader.
You can say SS is boring, but I dont think what I posted above looks boring at all
make the fam larger.. put more players in it.. Pw is too dull go up to 15-20 players per.. u got more people teaching others how to play and higher chance to get some of the new players in active working fams instead of all these semi active SS playing families
ye or now u get 1 massive active fam raping all others, making them (the rest) not wanna come back and be active...
IC death that was already tested and failed, dont you remember the round of 4 fams with 30 players each?? it was stopped before end and was called 'fiasco round'
bah if you still want to keep on the obsolete settings go on, but at least make it HC intrafam (not with enemies) so a family can keep the planets from an inactive (no matter how small he is) and dont have to wait 48h.
Let's have intra fam no nw range.
Now with sentinel tag there is no point being a small attacker. Let's give them advantage of being fam builder for longer

i dont see why intra fams still get blow ups. i can understand buildings but not the planets. surely passing between the family you wouldnt set nukes off. i mean its just stupid.
I have to quote myself for the 100th time and talk about the rogue tag and the good uses I proposed and mods keep ignoring my idea?
The sofisticated 'planet trade system' that our developers designed is very nice yeah, tho they could have 'just' used the rogue tag for that and save a precious time (for themselves and for us too).
The HC rules intrafam DO NOT require special stuff or new complicated and chick design, you just have to use the DAMN ROGUE TAG!! X(
