politics disclaimer still says curse words are illegal and incorporates the forum rules which would forbid harassment etc

Primo, i'm not bagging mods as such, i'm just raising questions about something that now really seems to be a problem.

If a player gets blocked, their should be a court case in a chat room to decide wether they get deleted or unblocked , their should be a random name chooser to choose the jury from the list of players ^_^, and their could be Witnesses and a judge and everything, would be sweeeeeet

Saying that h4e has been blocked and deleted for opping a mod fam is false. He was marked rogued for the second time and was not a threat anymore.
FYI it's the mods that now he accuses of mod abuse that forced his leader to unrogue him 2 days before, even if we knew that first thing he would do was opping our fam again or another random fam, putting again his fam in danger to go out of 35% limit, for his own pleasure.

100% mods voted his block and there was a list of reasons more than long...unfortunatly the reasons can't be exposed here so if this thread continues to talk about the block we will have to close it

Now this thread can continue talking about how mods are chosen, if they should be allowed to be in same families, allowed to play at all, or how the game should be modded...

100% mods did not vote for this as i know of at least one that didn't even know about it. the timing, the circumstances and the speed with which it was done was suspiciously coincidental.

i had a major concern about something else that i took to a mod and was told the very same thing i bought up was already under investigation because it had been bought to their attention a few days earlier. even tho i had enough evidence to do something about it i was fobbed off with a 'we'll look into it' and that was the last i heard. so several complaints yielded no action and circumstances changed so some things were no longer available to be checked on to either validate or refute any claims. so the lesson i am taking from this is if its a family with mods in then they get immediate action and anyone else gets a 'we'll look into it' and no further communication.

if this is how things operate then maybe it is time to look at a different way of choosing game police and tbh up til now i had no issues

Nice to see any questions asked of mods is still met with "Shut up or we'll close your thread."

Blocks are not discussed, as to protext whistleblowers and keep other players from information that would cause future rule breaking. The last time h4e was blocked, he received the warning he was on a short leash and any future occurances would have dire consequences.

And the ops he did on the mod family had no power, until he was rogued. Afterward, complaints were received and then an investigation commenced.

A month ago, the community called for a crackdown on cheaters and violaters. We have done so.

What I would like to know is why normal procedings were put aside and why they decided to handle it this way.

It might not be fair but there has to be a better and more transparent way to moderate the game, coming into a thread and saying "We're not explaining ourselves but rest assured it was a unanimous decision" is hardly fair on players either.
