Similar to Barbossa's comment about Garmania, Pizz helped us greatly with a shortage of resources. And X matched Paperclip's iron income before we farmed him, which was very impressive.

Offered them a NAP, they accepted, and he attacks us. This happened twice. Then starts vulturing heavily during the 777 tri vs 773 tri war. Only once I ran his figs did that set his straight.
