well ... the safest bet is just saying everyone is wrong.  Emi keeps talking about all these ops  but has he even said what ops they were or if they even mattered? is there any evidence? no.  Now hummy bein a multi user ... i can relate to his situation as sometimes i log onto my cousin's comp at times and he plays too but i haven't ran into any problems but i can see how someone else can get into trouble. 

Nothin is proven yet, and i still believe in not guilty until proven guilty.

so im guessin this is what happened.  819 is getting ready to war another family and one of the partax may have a few routine ops which affected emi's family.  Emi decided not to do anything about it since there was still sorta of an agreement between the fams but wasn't really coordinated completely or really organized.  But once Emi saw that hummy was blocked, he did the most logical thing to just completely ignore the agreement and not even try and communicate with the leader and just full on attacked them while they were already in a big war.  Just because EOD jumped in ops doesn't mean he's attacking your fam only Emi (and it seems like you did some ops too if u know he jumped them ^^) ... there are like 33 other families in MW you know. 

So the fault lies on both families.  the agreement should have been better coordinated and organized and everyone should have been more well-informed about what was going on.  the partaxian shouldn't have done w/e little ops but Emi definitely shouldn't have just started attacking right off without talking to the leader first.

so all of you kids stop your crying and play the rest of your game ... even though the round is a bit ruined now. i think 819 would have had a great chance if they didn't get from 2 big fams (1 by a big surprise) even though their defenses were a bit weak.

ps. leave your e-penises out of the conversation ... doesn't really help in proving your point.

i realize i shouldnt post this in thread. but without hummy, we are struggling on food production. no one but hummy farms so we are wasting several mil/tick on food alone. not to mention our units. granted, the outcome of the war would have been the same, but we were crippled even more by a block, three deletes, and a random. so, naturally we are gonna fall, and fall hard. but maybe when hummy gets unblocked and this war ends, we can pick up the pieces and jump back in. and due to a few mouthy ass players, every fam hates 819. trust me guys, we tried to shut them up. but insults still flew out of their ignorant asses.
