over before it started, they set up on us and infra'd during our other wars, no way we can match their income.

If I hadn't listened to that, I'd have cleared 93 completely after the war with 6210. Guess unless it's a written agreement (NAP) it can't be taken seriously hey?
Shouldn't have expected fams to honor their word... oh well...

Actually, it's probably karma. We raided two fams in previous wars and never saw a single loss for any of our bankers, and now it's our turn lol.

Let me see.. First of all we're not warring. Also.. you not clearing, us being 2 top fams, is quite surprising. We wanted controle over the area and wanted to kill your spread so we could claim the area, but you guys were too small so we had to bully your bankers in order to gain the area. Prove is no war has been declared.
Are you thick? We didn't clear because you guys messaged asking us to leave you because you *apparently* weren't going to attack us and just wanted position on other fams.
Then you started raiding our bankers.

Well I see what you're saying, what I did not know was that you were asked to give us spread. What Im doubtful about is the fact there is no one in that area.. I mean, just you and ok.. West 04. I cant speak for death, but I dont get it I do am happy you did give us, apart from the fact we can attack you from there.
So basically what you're saying is that the reason you spread there was to attack us, which is totally fine, other than the fact that your players were messaging us asking if we could just leave you there for a bit because you aren't going to attack us and are just wanting position on another fam.
Hence the dishonorable scumbag remark.
Whatever, lesson learned and round down the drain in order to learn the lesson. Don't take people's word for stuff, force them to sign an ingame NAP or clear them straight away.

Either way, you're still missing the point. It's dishonorable and dishonest to tell a fam you aren't going to attack them and then turn around and start hitting them and then demand 250 planets comp.
You can put it down to "good strategy" or something if you want..... I put it down to bad sportsmanship.

hold on.. first of all.. i told u i wouldnt attack u while ur warring other fams.. i said we have no intention of going for u atm.. but u killed our target and u became ours plain and simple its no cockyness to it.. we own a ton of area near ur core u couldnt have cleared us if u wanted to.. i avoided u while u stayed in wars (supposely) now ur not in a war not my fault ur fam disband all fleet and nobody has decent fleet.. noway possible none of u have fleet and u've been in 2 wars back to back.. ur fault not mines.. i kept my word i didnt attack u during a war..
Technically your family attacked us during our last war and said "oops, we didn't know about the agreement" but you didn't give the planets back that were taken either...
