Pop growth should be dependant on number of people on each planet individually as it is done now. so it is realistic.

how about injecting human fetises into animals with lower gestation periods?
Plus, doing the math of how long it takes to have a baby, how long it takes that baby to be old enough to reproduce and then make a baby, and also factoring in those who either cannot get laid/are homosexual/ or are murdered/die of old age....the idea that pop grows at the current rate seems rather impossible.

Make 13 the legal breeding age of females on the planet and abolish the concept of a monogamous marriage. Legally require all women to be pregnant once a year.
