Start of round each fam is allocated an amount of planets.. it is up to them to decide where to strengthen and where.to accept the loss.. adds shit loads of strategy and coordination needed... Would be well fun to try in maybe a gc gal or smt...
Like when you play risk and you own countries depending what cards you got.. you get systems allocated all over.. gotta try and choose points to strengthen...
