Its about the only capacity this president has. If you wouldn't understand English, he appears to tell something intelligent and true. Unfortunately he uses this gift to steal money from the average Joe.

Oh, it is working...I am surprised more typo's aren't found in my posts tongue

Also, it is actually harder to listen and speak English...one of my friends wants to learn English, and when trying to speak English, I keep swapping back to Chinese sad

Is there like a university organized foreigners club kind of thing? When I was in Japan there was a English Tea Club meant for English-speaking foreigners but I was too lazy to go.

There is a place for Chinese to go to speak English (it is not that great :S)...but there is also not many speakers of English here at all...mostly Japanese, Korean, or Russians...

But I am also here to learn Chinese, so I am ok with speaking English all the time tongue
