So for those not in the know... it is rumored Justice Kagan or one of the other liberal judges told Obama that ObamaCare is gone... and by a possible count of 6-3.

A 6-3 judgement means a liberal agree's that ObamaCare is illegal.

So Obama has gone on the offensive... he is blasting how these unelected persons should not be deciding law especially when it was passed by Congress and signed by the President.

In short he is pissed off and making waves.

The sad thing is he is a lawyer and he KNOWS they can. In fact just not to long ago he wanted the Supreme Court to rule against guns (Chicago law banning guns) even with the majority of Congress supporting gun laws.

Obama just wants it his way.

So we will be hearing comments like "People dying in the streets again" and "Republicans want to push Granny off a cliff" to the really old saw "With no access to Health Care for emergencies society will have more sick and more unhealthy".

As a politician for the opposition it is reliant upon me to set facts straight and early on this.

Pay attention especially you European naysayers!

America has a law requiring certain amounts of GUARANTEED healthcare already.

If you are in danger for life or limb you are guatanteed help at a Hospital (Amazingly Michelle Obama's job used to be to ship more expensive patients under this to other Hospitals, for which she got 6 figures.) and they CANNOT DENY YOU.

This is regardless of nationality, sex, age, gender identification, sexual orientation, or any crap what so ever.

Most States have a program for the poor as it is. Oregon for instance has a program for the poor and seriously ill.

Medicare, Medicaid are programs for terminally ill, the old, the young, and the infirm.

Social Security Disability gives cash to permamently, or long term disabled persons.

These systems exist as Safety Nets, and will not go away. They were there before Obama, are there now, and will exist after Obama.

The talk of rising insurance costs will confuse you.

So to put you straight the costs are rising for two reasons:

LAWSUITS
Without Tort Reform more and more lawsuits will happen. In Oregon there is a shortage of Obstetricians (sp?) due to lawsuits. One of the often quoted issues is 'pain and suffering during birth'.

I have no clue how ancient society managed to give birth if the pain is so much as to require a lawsuit...

Without serious Tort Reform prices will continue to rise

MANDATES
Condoms is a good example. This is not a medical neccessity. You can screen your partner(s), you can buy condoms for near a quarter, condoms can be found for free at health clinics... and birth control that regulates a real health issue is always included in insurance... so why condoms? Same goes for mandating Sex Change costs.

Can you imagine how society ran prior to sex change procedures?

When you mandate plastic surgery, liposuction, and massages be included as well your inflating the cost for the pleasures of the few.

The biggest single cost for GM workers insurance? Viagra.

Mandates that include non-life saving requirements are dribing costs up.

Fortunately one simple solution would be to use the Commerce Clause to allow cross border purchasing of policies. This alonne should drop insurance prices to half their current and cause every State to rethink mandates.
