Lol a eurocup actually is way more competitive then a worldcup.. at a worldcup in group phase you allways have 1 top.. 1 average and 2 succy teams...
I EC you have only 16 teams.. besides brazil and argentinia all "strong" teams are there..
if you ask me.. its harder to win a EC then a WC

Sweden sucked big time against Greece, they could've got much more.

Spain had good passes but Russia just sucked really hard. Just wait for Sweden v Spain..

Italy will come back for sure, but still, they'll have hard times later..

I wouldn't say Sweden sucked; of course they aren't going to be as 'spectacular' as Spain and such, but the thing is, they were organized and disciplined and they got more than a good result against Greece, something that many teams can't do. It's a 2-0 win in their opening match against the defending champions, saying they 'sucked big time' is going quite a bit far I think. Their opening goal was as sublime and entertaining as any of Spain's or Portugal's attacking plays have been, and Ibrahimovic scoring it can only mean good things for Sweden for the rest of the tournament. Besides, my impression is that you speak as if you're determined to not see any less-than-supreme team do well, why the animosity? I'm not Swedish but it's just as fun to support a non-favorite through a big tournament...
