its because the high bonus on resource planets, everybody has overstock at this stage.
With this setup we only need 1 resourcer in each fam (or even play risky and have none and buy cheap)

I was wondering why Maxxx Diesel jumped a crap ton of nw and blew up my planet lol.

Because I don't even know who 69s leader is so unless you got proof other then they blocked my portals I would suggest you keep the accusation of a IA off the uni forum. If you think a IA is going on feel free to contact the mod team and they will look into it.
