Re: Biden: "Most ambitious military plan in 500 years"

He says that about the Osama Bin Ladin raid.

This of course negates a lot of alternatives

The Doolittle Raid
Iwo Jima
The Blitzkrieg
Surprise attack on Hawaii
Normandy
The Battle of the Buldge
Sicily/Italy
The Manhattan Project

Hell I could go on, but damn Biden makes this to easy.

500 years indeed.

Even with 50 years I pwn him

The 'Unit Movement' through Baghdad by some Major... who was inn the wrong AO, and went through Baghdad (still considered a no entry zone) to get through to the right AO (and proving the Baghdad threat was over-rated).

The operation to save private Lynch is roughly comparable to OBL.

Black Hawk Down, where two members of Delta Force left a thousand dead in their wake.

The SOG that nearly single handidly won the ground war in Afghanistan

The capture of the leader of Panama (forget his name atm)

The Israeli's last war against the United Arab nations.

The (classified) fight for (redacted) by (censored)...

Going back further in time. Napolean and the battle of Waterloo...

The Americans entry fight in WWI

Oh I am to tired, but this is to easy.

Come on Biden try to stop propogandizing and say some truth for once.

Re: Biden: "Most ambitious military plan in 500 years"

Joe Biden's speech was suddenly interrupted as an unnamed World War 2 veteran stepped on stage, grabbed his microphone, and said "Yo, I'm really happy for you and I'm gonna let you finish, but I just wanted to say that the Battle of Normandy was the best military campaign of all time.  Of all time!"

George Washington crossing the Delaware
Custards last stand (for the Natives that is)
Gettysburg
Bunker Hill
The defeat of Mexico by Texans
The first Iraq war (200k prisoners in three days ain't bad)
Battle for Stalingrad

I could go on, but Biden won't read my post sad

"Black Hawk Down, where two members of Delta Force left a thousand dead in their wake."

ummmm no

It's because I remember BlackHawk Down that I know Biden is full of poop.  (No he's not serious enough to be full of shit. He's merely poopy.)  There is just no way Special Operations Command is going to promote a 50/50 plan all the way to the White House.  I've seen guys from Afghanistan say they lost soldiers because division wouldn't permit a helicopter to land in the combat area to airlift American wounded.    They aren't going to have a bunch of guys stranded again.  This was planned to be low profile, and without resistance.  That's all the difficulty there was to it.  From OBAMA'S standpoint, the only choice he had to make was go in May, or go in June, or maybe wait for July.

Obama made a more bodacious risk by sending Malia to Oaxaca Mexico for spring break.

Seriously? Have you even bothered to look at the statistics of that war? They lost SO MANY MORE than we did. It was an issue of whether or not we were winning the war in Vietnam, it was that we were losing it back in the US.

Just a horrible example....

If it did all kinds of wars would have turned out differently.

I didn't read [TI] ARFeh zee Frenchie's comment earlier. Yeah, that's ignorant.

The Vietnamese didn't defeat the US in the Vietnam war (nor did any of their allies). The US defeated the US in the Vietnam war. Anyone who disagrees is just trolling, because they could easily acquire an education on the subject if they're on the internet and they wanted to.
