this is normally done on IRC in #mod channel, but yes its about time people can get it changed without going to chat, not everyone is able to go to chat in this game.

also you cant ask for a race change for someone else, they have to want it.  but yes, getting him into the #mod channel would work best, if you can find a mod in there
